I will most likely be pre-ordering pre-ordered a Portal 2 copy, and that comes with a free Portal copy — but I already own it.
The nice people from Valve give you the option to gift it if you want, so I will. But that’s a game I absolutely loved, and so I want to make sure that whoever gets it will enjoy it to the maximum like me.
Will you love the companion cube? I loved mine till the end.

I’d like a free portal copy mainly because I am a broke college student who lives off of Peanut Butter sandwiches (cant afford the Jelly), and am often forced to go hungry at night. Not only that, but I think portal would help me escape the bottomless pit of homework that I constantly have to do.
Portal might be my only salvation of obtaining any sort of happiness in this crummy position. However, if you’ve given Portal away already, I’d be open to any food scraps you have laying around….seriously.
I played the demo, loved it, and I’ve always wanted to play the full game. I’m just getting back into PC gaming and I’m longing to finish this game. It would be great if I could get this copy from you

I think my girlfriend would love her own, copy. We don’t live that close so she never gets to play my copy. But she already loves the Companion Cube, as do I.
